I am only writing this post to say that I have more confidence in the powers of observation of a medievalist who has worked on such editions - I am one myself - than in those of people outside the field.

Helmut, in what point do you see a contradiction between the previous posts and an expert opinion ?

Maybe it is my fault, but most of the posts have nothing to do with what I am talking about
