For what it's worth, I tried to identify the individual characters. I came to a conclusion about three out of four. However, it's not clear to me how it could all fit together.
1.) A Jewish man (nose) with the gesture "digitus virilis" (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.).
2.) A physician holding a matula up to the light (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.).
3.) A woman spinning wool on a spinning wheel (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.).

4.) May be a herbalist ( herbarius ). Well, one can't exactly say that he holds the plant in his hand.
