I think the second "A" may also be upper case. Possibly, the left leg is just not quit discernible. I don't know why the central "a" is only the letter that drawn in low case.

Doesn’t Elmar Vogt’s theory hypothesize some sort of camel case process in the encoding?
Maybe this would be interesting to him?
