I think the second "A" may also be upper case. Possibly, the left leg is just not quit discernible. I don't know why the central "a" is only the letter that drawn in low case. As much as I observe there is something around the combination of "AR" in the VMs, as well as with the symbol that reminds the Pisces zodiacal symbol ♓ or big X, also it had different meanings, including alchemical.
