I am most interested in the Voynichese words that do not fit these patterns as I think they are probably where the meaning lies.

I'm with you so far but it's so hard to follow all this due to all the thread splits with no cross links between them.
Or perhaps I am doing it wrong? It's quite possible that there is something really obvious and basic that I am doing wrong.

On that subject, there have been some really interesting and useful diagrams and pictures published here in the last few weeks - like Marco's Core-Mantl-Crust, Koens Containers, the You are not allowed to view links.
