Flushing out a language from the Voynich Manuscript

Hello,

My name is Matt and this script has to be Latin, yes the gallows with the bench is strange, but that is, because its in cipher.  Now I don't wish to release my cipher until we agree that you and your crew don't beat me up too bad here because its my life's work.

You see the {oe} in voynich that's Latin for{ ei }= and its { to, they } in English
