Very likely because in all examples I found it precedes a name of a person.

Down where it says the year from the birth of Christ - the year is written as Sestnaztisteho sestnazteho - is this year 1616?

At the end of the third line there is a work 'zdibi' - this could be a small, but very old town next to Prague called today Zdiby. I could be wrong about that one.
