To lots of them. As I said, it almost always works. But that alone is not enough to put it into context, there has to be something else, otherwise it doesn't work.

Do you mean "iin" is vi and "oiin" is ovi?
oiin as an alphabet element maps to vī.
oiin as a word maps to ovī, avī, etc. (I suppose some vowels were omitted when writing voynichese)
