As examples...
- The "P" gallows is used as an end-paragraph marker in Latin, Greek, and old German texts and also as an abbreviation. The P-glyph is also found in quite a few other languages. It's a common shape.
- The EVA-k gallows is an abbreviation for "lis" in Latin, a ligature for "Il" in French, and an abbreviation for "Item" in German. It is common in all these languages.
- The capital letter "H" is sometimes written as EVA-t in some Latin and other scripts. This is uncommon, but I've seen it on occasion. It also shows up in a few ancient scripts, cipher scripts, and in "magical" texts which have a lot of shapes with straight lines and loops at the ends. It's a shape that naturally seems to form when the scribes are coming up with glyph shapes.
