Those are all really close. Here's the one I found:

It's the foliation of the privately owned Wolfegger Hausbuch. The numbering is tentatively dated to the second quarter of the 16th century (Christoph Graf zu Waldburg Wolfegg, Venus und Mars. Das mittelalterliche Hausbuch aus der Sammlung der Fürsten zu Waldburg Wolfegg).

I've just taken the folio numbers I could find, and paired those with the corresponding VM ones, without looking for the best matches:

In the construction of the numeral "4" - in the recent example, the diagonal line always extends beyond the vertical line. In the original example, it never does.
