  From what I have read here the Rohonc codex is not encrypted and is not a copy of the regular Bible, but rather religious notes or elucubrations of someone written in some synthetic/symbolic language.  Rafal conjectured hat the Author was deaf, and the language is based on the sign language that he used at home and/or with his religious tutor.

  Which would explain why half the words in the later section begin with EVA "qo", as the scribe(s) was (were) f*ing fed up with sliding the grille for 200 pages.

  Purely theoretically, he could have carried it with him, but I don’t understand why he needed so much. A couple of folded sheets would be enough: three sheets contain 9 drawings of very interesting plants, three more contain some diagrams, and the rest are just text.

  I'm not saying Voynich himself, but another charlatan from another era.
  
  And maybe that's exactly what they did. They started out with a few singulions (already confirmed by LisaFaginDavis' research), and then gradually added more and more as the time passed and interest grew, or the buyer wanted more fragments. Remember, all sections of the VMS are written differently (different hands, strokes) and the whole thing was only bound much later.
  
  So my theory, actually, fits perfectly with what we know as facts about the VMS.
