What is this, and how might it be related to f57v?
I'll spare everyone a cut-and-paste from AI but wanted to mention that the latest Grok (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.) model is actually pretty decent for dropping in an image like this and asking for language ID and attempt at a translation. This took 33 seconds on the free version. In the AI thread we tested chatgpt and fable a month or two ago as well.

Very interesting example!
I’ll jump ahead a bit: if this is a calendar, then it’s kind of strange, and it has too few words. Perhaps it’s an encryption disk styled to look like a calendar, or a very unusual calendar. -

That depends on your definition of "calendar". Calendars aren't always list styles like the ones you pin up on the wall today to remember a date. There are many types of "calendar" for lots of purposes, in the form of grid tables and circular diagrams. They used similar diagrams for astrology, or for calculating easter etc.
Circular diagams, including those with concentric circles, are unbelieveably common to find. Like these from You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.:
So in my opinion, a digram containing concentric circles is not not particularly related to VMS You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. on its own. They are quite common.
Circular digrams with 4 people in the center circle is a different story, though. -

I mean, if You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. is a calendar, then this is a very strange depiction of it. Of course, there are letters individually, and in some cases you can assume they represent the days of the week, but overall, it’s all quite incomprehensible. -

I understand that, but "days and months" isn't a form, it's the content. Those days and months can be displayed in many ways, with more and less words than a "normal" calendar.
Here are two that i've drawn in paint. Both are "Calendars". They use different amounts of text, and attempt to explain different things.
