  I've probably missed one on the rosettes page, but for the life of me I couldn't find the 9th one.

  Some important notes: 
  
  The x symbol displays variance within individual pages. The curve of the lines, whether or not there is a vertical stem, whether there is a sharp curve on the left leg etc.
  
  Most of the symbols do not have a clear vertical stem (different in direction to the bottom two strokes). Some have a middle stem that seems to be an extension of one of the two bottom strokes. Some have blotched ink where the stem would be, so its not entirely clear whether or not it has one. 
  
     
  
  To do any analysis of its use, we probably need to work out if we're dealing with 1 symbol or multiple.

  It's the age-old question. Different letters or scribal variations? There are also several examples with an inward turned foot on the left leg. It shows a lot of inconsistency between certain groups.
