  f66r is a crazy folio. Apart from the 15 labels at the most left column we have 34 single glyphs column. Single glyph? No! There is a air, so 33 single glyphs + air ? This sis crazy.
  
  And not only this. Look how some words are corrected. They seem to be initially just simples e but...

  I think this is no retracer. For me, it is a sort of correction or a plus added to make things more complicated. These additions seem to be written afterwards, maybe to make the text look even more awkward than it looked before.
  
  Not only this. All the quire llooks strange. The weirdest one. There is a herbal section (with almost no text), a star section (with almost no stars), You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. (so strange...) a cosmological rose full of strange single glyphs... It looks like a mini Voynich by itself.

  I'm not sure these were written afterwards. For example, the last croplet in your post has a k with a very dark right half and a semi-faded left half. If the right half was added afterwards, this would mean there had been an incomplete Voynich glyph initially. And there is absolutely no trace of any previous right half under the quite thin dark right leg of this k. To me this suggests mostly continuous writing with some ink irregularity. And most likely the same happened with d's. I don't think these were e's changed to d's, I think these were proper d's from the very beginning.
  
  Interestingly, both the right half of k and the top/right part of d involve a specific right-up-left-down movement of the quill. Maybe it's this particular movement that for some reason caused much denser ink to flow from the nib.

  On the contrary, retracing is the only thing that I can think of that can explain the ink patterns on the text.  (It does not explain the labels and letters columns, though.)

  Here is what I see in that croplet:
     
  
  (A) Original trace of the loop of the k - invisible now.
  
  (B) The bottom 2/3 of the tail of the q is probably original. The top 1/3 of the tail and the head are from the first round of retracing (Rt1), but there are a couple of dots from later rounds (Rt2,Rt3).
  
  ( C) Plume of the original glyph, which was s not d. Only a bit of it is barely visible, detached from the body of the original s.
  
  (D) Retracer Rt1 mistook what remained of the s plume for the loop of a d, and restored it that way.  Retracer Rt2 reinforced the mistake.
  
  (E) Original arm of the P in the CPh platform gallows.
  
  (F) Original or Rt1 part of the right loop of the P.
  
  (G) Retracer Rt1 did not see or understand the arm (E), got confused by the C and added  a hook that merged with the C. Retracer Rt2 reinforced the mistake.
  
  (H) Retracer Rt2 mistook the descending part of the P arm for a right leg, and extended it straight down, past the elbow, until the platform slash. 
  
  (R ) Lighter ink by Rt1 visible inside the loop of the k that was retraced by Rt2 or Rt3. 
  
  (S) Lighter ink by Rt1 visible inside the loop of the d that was retraced bt Rt2 or Rt3.

      Imgur is currently in dispute with the UK government,  but Imgur says that blocking access to UK users is a commercial decision and not related to their dispute.

  I use imgur to upload the images. What do you use to post images in the threads? I would change so everybody can see the contents...

  You can upload images directly to the forum. 
  To do this;  click the  New Reply  box ( bottom right of the page ) 
  -> this opens the post in its own page , under the "Your Message:" box and above the "Post" buttons is an Attachments box labelled "Click or drop some files here to upload..."

  There's also an "add image to post" button that will show up next to the image upload in attachments, then you will get a code to put the image where you like rather than just at the bottom
