    Can you perhaps summarize the essence of your translation here ? Why is it French of all languages ?

    I have read the sample. The author doesn't speak French and decided the language was French because it "looked like French," mostly because of the many Q-like glyphs. 

    Fosseuse has lovely handwriting for an illiterate and uneducated woman who had never written anything before. It's also odd that her lack of education meant she had no idea about sentence structure, masculine and feminine forms, or conjugations, as presumably she spoke and heard French well enough.
