In my opinion, there is one less of your little nodules, which you marked with red dots and this is due to the insufficiently precise assignment of the little nodules in the second layer. As I illustrate below, there is at least one less of these nodules. For this reason, there are 189 of these nodules and not 190 - which means that in no way can it be associated with the Menton cycle.
There is still a possible possibility that there are more of these dots in another place - but I did not feel like checking it. Maybe once again, this time more precisely, count the nodules from the second layer from the top of the round circle... because your assumptions are not confirmed by facts.
