Scientists in Prague discovered a unique university auditorium from the 15th century, where they discovered a large number of signs, numbers, astronomical figures and the David's shield under the plaster. On the pillar in the middle of the auditorium, they uncovered an ornamental inscription in the alphabet (EVA), translated as debt. On the column were the names of students who owed money for university lectures. The auditorium was intended for the teaching of mathematics, geometry and astronomy, the lecturer was the internationally recognized thinker Ioannes Andreae dictus Schindel. Czech scientists discovered the identical script (EVA) - in which VM is written - on a rock plateau in Bohemia. A rock inscription says that there is a "Ceremonial Temple" where open-air church ceremonies with ceremonial fires took place. Based on the evidence presented, everyone can make their own judgment about the reality of the origin of the alphabetic font (EVA), the VM manuscript and its translation.

The symbol you highlighted is not from the Voynich script. The Voynich symbol is EVA-t is more like:
4P
where the left side loop is angular and where the right side loop is curved.
I have seen 4P before in places elsewhere, so this is far from being a proof.
