    There is nothing like that in Latin, if you mean prefixes. No articles. With declension there was much less need for function words than in modern European languages. However "ad" (English : "to") was increasingly getting used in late medieval Latin. I suppose conjunctions, propositions, pronouns, adverbs could be written as prefixes somehow but there is no known system for doing that.
