Great find! For context, this is René's overview of the previously known five books, assuming I am not the only one who would want to read up on that: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. With the new volumes apparently bracketing the VMS in the numbering system, they might provide more insight into the structure of J. H.'s library and possibly his acquisition of books. I really think the research into the manuscript's provenance in the Prague era might be the most promising in terms of providing results that both those interested in the VMS and other researchers can build on.
German copyright law is unfortunately quite strict due to the lack of a 'fair use' clause for noncommercial projects, so I understand the hesitation. As far as I know, most libraries have accepted that scanning does not reset the copyright counter due to a lack of "Schöpfungshöhe" (Threshold of originality) and publish their material accordingly, but if you are dealing with one of the holdouts, it may be tough. The more permissive academic copyright probably does not apply either here. Disclaimer, I am not a lawyer, but a historian who has spent way too much time dealing with these issues...
