  Interesting, yes, but not by Hartlieb: "Label on cover: Die Kunst Ciromantia von Doktor Hartlieb ...1448, does not refer to this manuscript."
  
  The illustrations are indeed good parallels, clearly close in time/culture/area: the proportions of the body, clothes, etc.

  That is probably a fragment of an old manuscript from the working folder of Johannes Hartlieb, used by him in 1448 when working on his new manuscripts.
