That's interesting, for whatever reason I tried my CLS-like system with removing all spaces and it fell apart but I never considered single glyphs between words only.
In my work I considered "d" and "q" a "gallows glyph" so - ends "o,y = d/q before a/o" would conform. I'll have to boot it back up soon and try some stuff out.
