Well, I whish you a good work. There are many ways to transcribe the Voynich text, none inherently better than the others (but some easier to use than others) and none free from more-or-less hidden assumptions. So the best advice I could give is to make sure to know what your assumptions are when deciding what counts as a glyph or not. (Sincerely) Good luck!
