Sorry but I don't see this supposed alignment.  Perhaps my pareidolioscope is polarized at 90° from yours?

The matches are not done by my visual preferences. these are found using independent numerical and analytical methods, and they happen to agree with other ordering research.

Motive is much harder to prove than the alignments themselves. There are two obvious answers and the evidence is not enough yet to determine which.

Either they used the text as some sort of layout or alignment reference to structure the page physically and create the symmetry I note above, or they are copying from the previous page. Or both. 

There could be another reason I’m not thinking of, but these seem to be the most obvious explanations.
