It's the foliation of the privately owned Wolfegger Hausbuch. The numbering is tentatively dated to the second quarter of the 16th century (Christoph Graf zu Waldburg Wolfegg, Venus und Mars. Das mittelalterliche Hausbuch aus der Sammlung der Fürsten zu Waldburg Wolfegg).
