Your theory reads a bit like a book by Dan Brown 

You mention a lot of supposed events like the collective suicide of the cult and several generations of "guardians" keeping the book but you don't do any research and find any supporting evidence for it.

So at this moment it is just a cool story. If you wanted people to believe it, you would have to browse a lot of old books and find some evidence for it.
