Could the Voynich Manuscript be a private educational system?

If Colin and I are right that the manuscript was meant to be singulions of four consecutive pages each instead of nested quires, the idea of it being used for pedagogy gains traction. The singulion format is exceedingly rare, likely because an unbound, unnested pile of bifolia would be unlikely to have survived. The examples I've found are thought to have been used for teaching. I also wonder whether the author could have been someone highly intelligent but outside formal academic structures, possibly even a woman with limited access to official education in the 15th century. Such a person might have created a private symbolic system to organize botanical, medical and astrological knowledge gathered from fragments of learning available around them.

There are naked females (a hint that was intended for an adult or adults) but there is no erotic representation of them (that would imply a female author with no lasciviousness towards the female body.) Have heard that it has a lot of sense if it was directed to a female audience.

As far as i know (that is very little), in the medieval paintings and sculptures of "muses" (when a woman shows "some skin") it has a romantic pose or an "inviting" presence even in a religious context (specially if the author is male; like la pietà or the Mona Lisa smile.) This is absent in the voynich as i recall, always performing a "task" in a "natural" manner.
