What you are describing sounds like some philosophical language ( You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. ) where parts of words are determiners, modifiers, openers, intensifiers and so on.
But how do you express simple things like dog, stone or cucumber with it?
EDIT: I noticed your answer that you cannot name things with it. So what you can actually do? Could you give an example what a longer text could mean?
