One possible explanation could be that the language was Arabic or Hebrew, and a,o,y were the three vowels sounds of those languages.  Or that the language was tonal and a,o,y were pitch levels.  And Zulu (and hence You are not allowed to view links. Hi Jorge, have you found a way to identify the prefixes, word stems, and suffixes? I'm still looking for a good way to do that. Or have you found any words you can translate that might increase the likelihood of it being a specific language?
