Is that second last word really all Voynichese? The part after 'ot' looks ambiguous and more like Latin characters. Last character of that word looks like EVA 'L'. And the last word - EVA 'aim'?
I disagree that this is the effect of incorrect retracing. We have the same weird mixture of ambiguous Latin and Voynich glyphs in all marginalia. And here the script is much smaller than the regular one.
