The vowel exchange "a" to "o"

The lists are fantastic. Have you already posted them online? We have the same exchange with ch and sh. If we assume that this is a natural language, these systems must be /become explainable. Initially, I thought we had a grammatical system for vowel exchange. At the moment, I think that these are the same words in which a and o are flexibly interchangeable. So far, I have only found one entry for this.
