For anyone interested in the paleographic aspect of the color annotations, I wrote about this two years ago: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.

My conclusion was that You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. and the color annotations show differences (r, g) but also similarities (p). Probably a different hand from a similar context.
