I think it'd be best to give people a base test, something reproducible from the comfort of their PCs, so that they can check for themselves whether the latest chatbot can or cannot crack Voynichese.
I think a good base test for future chatbots would be to give them a message coded using any of the advanced Steganographia technique or a pseudo-Voynichese cipher (I think we got a couple of those here in this forum). If an AI ever manages to extracts the plaintext from one of those without any hints at all, then I'd say it's worth looking into.

That's an awesome idea. If someone can create such a test message, I will certainly use it like this in the video.

When the script is done I will check with everyone who contributed how they want to be credited in the video (forum alias or real name). This will be one with a lot of your input.

I will use my first post in this thread to start building a provisional structure.
