Since individual words are no use, I'll try sentences.
After I checked all the words individually in the dictionary, Google put it into a meaningful sentence for me.
But I don't know whether "tum or dum" are meant from a dialect form (as an example).
I think a lot depends on the dialect form, but a system is nevertheless emerging.
