That's from a Speculum Humanae Salvationis, mirror of human salvation. Imagery is often doubled up in representation of Christian typology, where the Old Testament foretold the New. That might be when the animals are sometimes of different types, ie, the crabs. You'll note the anthromorphised zodiacs aren't doubled up.
