Dear R. Sale,

Yes, certain plant names are clearly read on certain pages, and they resemble the drawings. But we haven't read many plant names yet. It will also be necessary to consider the possibility that the names of some of them were written in European languages other than Turkish. I'm also sure that people with expertise in medicine and plant science and who speak Turkish will find more matches than we do on these pages.

We've shown some of the readings on our own page (turkicresearch.com), and we've also shown some very clear examples on the Voyninch ninja page. While doing this, we showed that we read the names of those plants on the same pages, and at the same time, we found these words in old dictionaries and verified them. Moreover, these plants are still called by the same names in some regions of Anatolia today.

The author often talks about on childbirth, reproduction and gives some information about the pregnancy process and also talks at length about how to benefit from plants. The author gives information on how to do an abortion and how not to do it. It also gives some information such as how to follow the 9-month process. Apart from that, the author does some experiments with plants. For example, she/he is trying to graft/combine some plants with other plants. In addition, he may think that some algae species living in water or on the coast will take root in the terrestrial environment or may be experimenting in this direction. The author also uses lensed instruments. She/He talks about observing the moon with such an instrument.

Besides some star and sun-like drawings, it was also seen that he wrote the names of those stars. In the manuscript, together with the Turkish names of the morning-star and the Pleiades were read.

We did not come across a religious subject in the texts read. In addition, subjects such as a mystical content, a ring or a holy grail, etc. are not seen in this book.

The author also has some suggestions for people in the field of social and economics. For example, she/he used a language encouraging the cultivation of some plants.

In addition, there are notes that the author took from some noble people in certain castles or centers on the map page, giving information to a third party. We think that the tunnels opened to enter some castles were marked as directions on the map page, and short notes written in military terminology were also seen. So there are notes like the direction of the archers or what is where. In addition, the first letters of each line can be read from top to bottom. In other words, there is a coding in a sense, and terminology is used here as reporting, and we think that these are information for military spying activities.

Most likely the author is not the only one. 3 families are making the trip. They are traveling with 9 people with children and a herd of goats. They probably also practice medicine and works as like healer in the places they visit. But we guess that they probably used this information to enter the castles.

Some words and-or abbreviations that may be from European languages. This issues probably in the content that one of the issue may this texts difficult to read. But it is certain that more information will be obtained if many people help us with ATA transcription when the help of linguists begins.

In other words, we are sure that all pages will be fully read and understood over time.

For now, we have not seen any single sentence that does not contain Turkish words yet. However, when we do not fully understand a name or word that we think may be an abbreviation in any sentence, we cannot fully translate that sentence into today's language. Circular scripts are mostly in Turkish and they are sometimes written as nouns and sometimes adjectives. However, among them, those written as full sentences were also identified.

We read the word "forty universe" (40-ıncı olam / alem) in the drawing, which was likened to a galaxy before. For this reason, we are sure that the galaxy is depicted here. But the author probably made this drawing this way because of celestial events like a hurricane. We're pretty sure he was looking at the sky with a telescope that's about 600 years old, but we don't think she/he could have drawn a galaxy that way with that telescope. Galaxy-like star clusters on the underlined page talk about some measurements and alignments between them. However, it is necessary to study them in more detail due to broken words. Etc. etc

In other words, at the very early stage of reading, these are the details that we know clearly and at some points stand out as strong possibilities by looking at the content. Reading progresses slowly as we have to do this work in our spare time only. We cannot translate hundreds of sentences into today's language because of broken words. However, if more people participate in these studies over time, these problems can be overcome.

Thanks
