Re F35v. In my opinion, it can only be Vitis vinifera sylvestris ( wild grape).
It cannot be ivy, which already occurs in the VM.
Its clusters and the way it twines around trees give the VM drawing a sense.
Strongly represented in medicine. ( Classical)
