The link provides this detailed example, where the words in the red box correspond to the top half of the inner circle around White Aries f71r.
The text in the box corresponds to 29 characters in the EVA transliteration.
These are mapped to 11 Latin alphabet characters.
These are further reduced to 6 characters: HRiDPJ.
The 6 characters are matched with two words
«حرید» 'hrad' solitary
«پج» 'paj/puj' goat
The language is said to be Persian, but the Steingass dictionary does not list 'goat' as a meaning for You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. and there is no match for 'hrad'.
Anyway, let's assume that the two translations are correct. Then we can say that the 29 EVA characters are mapped into a totally random word ('solitary') and a two-letter word (PJ) that could possibly match the animal illustrated in the medallion but not the zodiac sign of Aries.
EDIT: I found an entry in Steingass that could be related with the 'goat' mentioned here.
