"Duplicated" is not the appropriate word, they are rather re-used, which is only natural, first you have some plant descriptions, and then you make medicines of those plants.
However, there is no accomplished mapping list so far (but it would have been most useful). I know that Wladimir worked on that, and also Mark Knowles reported that he has some results, but no comprehensive list has been published, or nothing that I know of.
