Just came across this book after looking for more by Taiz & Taiz following Marco's link to their article "The Biological Section of the Voynich Manuscript: A Textbook of Medieval Plant Physiology?" (link in his comment above). This should answer my question about 15th Century understanding of plant sex (!) |
