[Trinity] Questions about Trinity MS script

I was pondering how to gain entrance into the "weird section" that starts on f.107, how to connect it to anything at all. I thought I'd start by looking whether there were also "D" references in there, not expecting any at all. I'm not sure if there are many, but to my surprise there are two already on the You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view., one for each plant. 
Anyway, here's the first fragment. I think this plant's text may be interesting in in its entirety, but that is still beyond my abilities. I'll just make a clumsy attempt for the "D" quote - I appreciate your help and patience
