I am equally puzzled by the term cisalpine, even though many people believe that this is the area where the MS was created.
I have a bigger problem with the display of a personal E-mail, with legible E-mail addresses.
Unless the addresses are fake, and/or the poster is the author of the theory, both of which I would not exlcude....

Correct me if I'm wrong, would that still be considered a substitution cipher? If she's saying the symbols represent phonetic sounds and "fadas"/accent marks, and the grouping of the symbols changes their meaning?
I'd just note that she says "a, o" are vowels and "l" accents vowels by preceding them, and "l" isn't really a letter which caused all this entropy confusion.
l - 9957
la - 429
lo - 577
Thing is, even if the idea was right and we ended up with less letters, the entropy would be worse right?. 1000 letter alphabet, lots of possibilities. 2 letter alphabet, not so much.

Should I take those screenshots down/reupload with a censor? She's advertising it on her personal YT channel, and allowed those screenshots into the podcast video, but I don't wanna assume anything. also I am not her lol, I learned about her from the Voynich Reddit and when I didn't see it posted here I thought I'd start the convo myself.
She can post her own E-mails in Youtube. It is not a good idea but it is her own decision.
Posting someone else's E-mail (contents) is generally frowned upon, but posting a personal E-mail address in a European-based forum is probably not allowed (not sure if UK and Wales follow the EU rules).
It is a lot better to cut it out...

Yes, the UK replicated the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) into its own statute book after Brexit. Definitely always best to play safe and blank out email addresses.

They're taken down, I'm US based so I didn't know that, thank you!

"I'm currently seeking native Irish writers who would want to consult or co-translate with me. Due to the nature of the text it is ideal that this person is a woman or part of the LGBTQ community"
I decided not to spend more time looking into her theory.
Im glad that someone else also notice that. It hurts less now.
yeah, she translated one of the most frequent word beginings, the 4o as "qo" which does not exist in medieval irish if you check some of the dictionaries, and she thinks that the most frequent word, the "8am", means "adhoil", which also isnt in any irish dictionary.
i tried posting that underneath her video but my comment got deleted each time lol.

Sometimes YouTube automatically eats comments, especially if they contain any links. If she's actually removing critical comments, that would be awful, but I'd give her the benefit of the doubt.
When I heard the thing about here preferring to work together with people that aren't heterosexual men, it also struck me as weird, but I didn't make too much of it. She probably expects the themes to relate to female anatomy, sexuality, reproductive health etc, and she may not feel comfortable discussing these things with everybody.

Or is it adding accentuated characters?

I disagree that
l alone, as she claims, explains the low (conditional?) entropy h2, it is a much broader phenomenon. The effect of what she proposes should be trivial to test if we knew the exact rules. Is her mapping of Voynichese glyphs to Irish letters visible somewhere?
Grouping frequent glyph patterns including
l into a single (accentuated) character may bring a modest increase of h2, probably on the 3rd digit IIRC: this type of modification of the transliteration has been studied by René Z. and Koen G. among others.
Maybe there is a confusion with Shannon's entropy h1, that only takes into account character frequencies, as the formula shows.
