This is correct. We suggest that TMO when occurring as an isolated word likely stands for T(ene)MO (
we have). TMO is also the first word in our vocabulary list. Often when TMO appears at the end of a word it indicates that the word is a verb conjugated in the first person plural. E.g.
piot(a)mo (from piotare, to cover with sods). We read a large part of the herbal section as instructions in the first person plural.

Overall , so far anyway, i like it, the transcribed text still looks a bit repetitive but could be a style thing
and adding in more shorthand transcriptions and further decoings would probably reduce that.
I like the voynich glyph contractions also the fact that 5 of your glyph meanings match EVA is intriguing.
Unfortunately my Italian and shorthand skills are nonexistent, so i cant help.
