I am trying to read it as well but it seems some times the months names aren't there. Also it starts with mars like the VM zodiac funnily enough. Is that a common thing for Occitan zodiacs?

juue[n]t[ute?] usq[ue] ad XLIX a[n]nos

Thanks. I believe numbers are a bit different however:

Notice that the scribe mixes freely Arabic and Roman numbers.
That was the Zeitgeist of the early 1400s
We must remember about it considering Voynichese to be a kind of cipher. He writes "4" as Voynichese "L" and "5" as modern "4" which is quite typical for that period, I believe.

Line 1: e soleilhs en lo [...] signe
Translation: "And the Sun in the [8th/Scorpio] sign"
Line 2: [v]enos freg e maligne
Translation: "[Venomous], cold and malignant" (Referencing the qualities of Scorpio/Winter).
Correction: The word is likely freg (cold), not "firg".
Line 3: [l]o mes doctobre fay son torn
Translation: "The month of October makes its turn"
Note: The ct ligature in doctobre is distinct. fay (or fau) son torn indicates the changing of the month/cycle.
Line 4: [s]us en lo detzseten iorn
Translation: "Upon the seventeenth day."
