I found a 15 digit sequence which runs counter clockwise.  This is not an anomaly and it was purposefully done by the Author.  The numbers are fifteen digits of Pi (i.e. 3.14159265358979).  The inner circle contains the first six digits of Pi while the outer contains the next nine digits of Pi which follow in sequence.
