  Thanks, Linda, it is useful to compare some examples. They are really all over the place.
  
  A complicating factor is the various androgynous figures. For example this one really looks like it was first a man with obscured genitals - which may be why someone drew breasts on it later.
  
  
  
  The circle-breast is rare indeed, though I think there is one more here (top nymph):
  
     
  
  The two in the bottom I added because they illustrate a perspective tool I was unaware the artist employed. Instead of drawing one brease "inside" the torso, it is added "behind" the one in profile. This indicates that the upper torso is twisted more to the side. Even though I had studied variations in body orientation quite extensively, I hadn't noticed this subtle difference before.

  You are right, i was thinking the same about the top one being originally male, and those semi-sideways profiles are different too. 
  
  Now i am looking at the eyes and noticing all the differences there

  This is the one I called eyeball breasts (I think there's another one, but I can't remember which folio and don't have time to look at the moment).
  
  It's a different style and probably by a different hand.

  In the astrological section, seems like there was lots of retracing over (and exclusively over) the breast except for some characters. This is all of the reasons i could find why is that:
  
  -[A] They may be there to indicate male and female figures because there is no intention to draw genitalia, wich talks about some short of respect or pudor.
  
  Not sure how much extrapolation can be made here but, when a female autor draws a male figure it has unintended female traits, like they look more femenine than if a male drawn them (modernly you can see it a lot on anime). In this context, the blush is not an indicator of sexual dimorphism; witch make very pausible that the only good visual trait to diferentiate male and female are the breast over the naked figures or the stuff they are wearing.
  
  -[B] If it is a retracing is that it is not breast but some short of letter code, like mirrored: "c."
  
  -[C] If it is a later retracing by a male reader, it implies some short of... well... urge or "motivation" to say something. Respecting the drawings in the process.
  
  -[D] Now, if the extra tint was a modification and not a retracing that could count as graffiti marginalia, i guess.
  
  -[E] Maybe they could indicate the age of the female person?
  
  -[F] If it is a retracing, the drawer got tired or demotivated and abandoned some retraces at random.
  
  Also, given the variety of styles, it feels it was a person who had seeing them a lot, (for the times) it fits a woman (maybe an older one) that visited public bathrooms exlusive for womans, or something similar. [In modern days men have the internet, back in the day "those" may have been more of a mystery. I'm assuming.]
