There are a few cases where words and phrases may have been written out of order. The hints include misalignment of baselines, change of "font size" (o-height, minim height), overshooting of margins. But nothing really conclusive, I am afraid.
There is the case of page f34r, where a parag that was meant to run across the page, jumping over the plant, was instead written as two columns, with baselines off by one line.

ytain olkaiin ... that is right-justified instead of left-justified (as the last line of a parag) or centered (as the other three "titles" in the Stars section). The words seem to be stretched, squeezed, and spaced in order to avoid the gallows from the next line -- rather than the other way around. My theory is that the Scribe skipped the last line of the previous parag, and only noticed after he had written at least the first line of the next parag, possibly more. By then there was no space for the missing half-line on the left side, but fortunately the next parag was tilted, leaving enough space on the right to squeeze the missing half-line in, avoiding the gallows below.
All the best, --jorge
