Vords and Images

What if the meaning (if any) of some vords could be deduced by observing them several times next to images depicting similar concepts in distinct folios? 

For example, the vord root dairol can be found 4 times as follows:

- podairol in You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. (an overhead view of a flower in a flowering plant);

- dairol in You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. (an overhead reference sheet of a person's head); and

- ydairol and dairoldy in You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. (two overhead views of bathing nymphs).

Therefore, one could possibly interpret the meaning of dairol as an overhead view, or one of its multiple synonyms like aerial view, bird's eye view, elevated view, etc.

To me this doesn't show much significance.  podairol is the first text word in f23v. The  dairoldy in You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. could be daisoldy.  dairol in You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. is also curiously placed on its own on the outside of the circles. ( But also the ZL transliteration seems to be wrong. It has the word in You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. as dairal. )

You also missed one. dairol also appears in f77v.

The vord podairol is at the beginning of the very first paragraph in You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. indeed and p (and even po) could possibly be a pilcrow (¶).

The vord dairoldy in You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. has r similar to s but an eventual iso would be kind of a no-no symbol combination which does not occur anywhere else in the entire manuscript.

The vord dairol in You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. has low chances to be dairal as a in the first 'syllable' of the vord looks different from o in the last 'syllable'.

The occurrence of dai rol (with some extra space between i and r, see the second attached image of the nymph with strangely drawn arms) in You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. only supports the interpretation of dairol as an overhead view when observing the aerial of the nymphs at the top of You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view. .

An extended interpretation of dairol could also be some kind of special view like outline (a general description or plan giving the essential features of something), sketch, etc.
For example, outline in Hungarian is vázol.

In English, 'ought' is a word consisting of two phonemes - (ough) and (t). Several other words use the same glyph sequence: bought, fought, and sought. However, the glyph sequence has no inherent meaning. With the VMs, who knows?

The investigation of 'cheody' +/- macron, with a hundred examples, looks like it might be more interesting.
