This is exactly what I did. I copied each VM word individually by number of pages and color-coded by scribes as designated by L.F.Davis and put them in Excel, where I transliterated them and compared them to ZL transliteration. In this way, I can sort them whichever way I need. Some minims can be differentiated visually. There are also other VM glyphs that are ambiguous and could be transliterated differently. .
Creating the files for all VM words with picture of the words took a lot of my time, and if anybody is interesting of obtaining a copy, I would be more than happy to share.
