One thing I wanted to mention about this manuscript that is a little unusual...
It's considered to be c. 1500, but note that the illustration style and text style is more similar to 11th to 13th century manuscripts.
I'm not questioning the repository's date estimate (unless they say otherwise, I trust that they have considered many different factors in dating it), and there are some manuscripts in which the illuminators and scribes copied the earlier drawing and script style more literally than was common. But it's noteworthy because usually when they copied older manuscripts, they updated the drawings and text to contemporary tastes. I've only seen a few that were done like this.
One has to rely on other factors (binding, radiocarbon dating, provenance, etc.) to date this kind of manuscript.
