Page 125 is a board game

dear users,
on page 125 a board game is described, please find the corresponding page attached. The structure is as follows: in the top four lines the rules are explained. The circle in the middle is the gaming board. You need to role a double to start, line 1: " al i i eun mera ", " hervorbringe zwei dasselbe unvermischt" -> you have to evoke two of the same. If you cannot after five tries, you have to pay, line 1: " a qua qu eo det ", nach etwa fünf deswegen er zahle -> after five he has to pay because of his failure. The name of the game is in the middle. There you can read the single symbols into " ditarem a o ", in german "du wirst bereichert mit eintausend."-> "you will be enriched with one thousand". The very outer ring describes things that happen if you enter one of the corresponding blue or green field below.
Beginning of the game is then in the blue field with text numbered by myself with a "4", that is the field on "13 o clock", it reads " ur en ea qu exter ", in german "drücke gut gehe fünf außen" -> "press well, move five on the outer ring". "press" would mean a wish "to roll dices well", and the winner is who passes the outer ring five times. There are these alternate green and blue fields, and beside them always a text on the outside. It seems that this text has to happen if you enter a blue field, because you have to (11) "suspend three times" ( ne ute o amen ) or (16) "five ahead, if he likes he can move too" ( a qu amet et ea a o )
If you instead enter a green field, the text that is written to the inside of the circle has to happen. These are some funny things like in 1D " meter ne te o a ore ", " markieren nicht du. In dem Gesicht " -> "paint the face of the other player". Others I can not interpret completely, because I think that there are some cards, figures etc missing. Please think at the game Monopoly, without the cards the fields Chance and Community did not make any sense. Here it seems a bit the same.
And please, I would like to discuss the translations, and I have to apologize that I can not. I can just provide these fascinating texts. I am also not a professional translator, I am a scientist. Please just enjoy Voynich, because you are the first ones to read it after 500 years. Here, latin translation first, then in german. Please, do not use google translate for german to english also ("I throw a stone and he meets the cat!").
It helps for the understanding to re-draw the whole page, and just "play it", also I have to note that some parts (like cards etc) might be missing.
And as a sidenote, some of the authors seem to use a kind of german grammar, because some sentences can be translated one to one into "german" (yes I am aware that a 500 year old german must sound strange, what indeed it does).
The text on the top:
1 que a i i a duri en a te ex use a ire uni re ad al i i eun mera o a qua qu eo det
2 neu usu ni en aleum ur ri eare uni ire qui en eare es re a qua o ea et a
3 uni ad ex use set ea a i qui re a que o ea re re ret en que a ire ea i a qu et a
4 re ea i ad ex use ne a ire a qu eum area et re que ne al eo una o
In german:

The outer ring, beginning at 12 o clock. Notice that the start of the game is at sentence 4, and that each field is a short sentence, a command, of its own:
1 al i i a ea i rem en 2 ne a a ea et et 3 re qu eo e ute o 4 ur en ea qu exter 5 re qu a i qui et 6 re qu i en ea a o et a 7 ne ute ter qui i re ea ni 8 al exta de ut 9 ea re qu a de o en 10 ea i qu et et e ore 11 ne ute o amen 12 ne o neu usa qu a o et a 13 re que a iam re qu at 14 a qui ad ea a it e a qu al ad 15 et a ne ute a qu eo re 16 a qu amet et ea a o
In german:

The inner sentences (community fields), labeled with 1A - 1V, starting also at 12 o clock:

The inner circle, starting at 11 o clock. Here, I do not have any idea what the meaning is:
al a ed in ex i ri re ad ea i et re qui ire al i i iam et ea a al i i ad eo eum
In german:
aufnehme mit verbrauche innerhalb von eins der Sache zurück bis zu, gehe eins auch zurück damit er kommen aufnehme zwei sogar auch gehe mit aufnehme zwei bis zu deswegen derjenige
The Symbols in the middle:
ditare m a o
In german:
du wirst bereichert eintausend mit.
